Motion Affects Emotion
The American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) has found that regular exercise can lower a persons risk of many chronic disease, including cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity.
Motion affects emotion. If you move and exercise more, you’re emotional state will be higher. By comparison, if you move less or don’t exercise much, you’re emotional state will be lower, commonly called depression.
It’s not uncommon for workers to be in a sitting position for up to nine hours. Think for a moment of how this constant immobility is effecting not only your emotional state but your physical state as well. Inactivity can be stopped in it’s track with simple 5 minute stretch breaks or going for a walk. This will undoubtedly improve your energy both mentally and physically.

So what are you waiting for? Get Up! Start moving and create some energy in your life!
